Wedding Sales Manager

This full-time, on-site role is responsible for soliciting, booking, planning, and coordinating wedding events while delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate has experience in wedding or hospitality sales, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager at the Francis Marion Hotel is responsible for driving revenue growth through client relationship management, lead generation, and strategic sales initiatives. This full-time, on-site role focuses on securing corporate, social, association, government, and leisure business while showcasing the hotel’s historic ballrooms, meeting spaces, and guest experience. The ideal candidate is a motivated hospitality professional with strong communication, organizational, and sales skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

Banquet Manager

This full-time, on-site role is responsible for overseeing banquet operations, managing and training banquet staff, ensuring outstanding guest service, and maintaining compliance with hotel standards and budgets. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of banquet management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
