What is the Check In & Check Out Time at the Francis Marion Hotel?
Check in time is 4:00pm and Check Out time is 12:00pm.
Can I check in early?
While we cannot guarantee check in before 4PM, we will do our best to honor any early check in request when applicable. Luggage storage is available at any time on day of your arrival.
Where do I park at the Francis Marion Hotel?
There are two options available for parking for overnight guests. Self-parking is available at the City of Charleston owned parking garage adjacent to the hotel and is currently $2.00 per hour with a maximum daily rate of $18.00 per day. Parking is based on garage availability. The day starts and ends at midnight for billing purposes. Parking is limited for over-sized vehicles and roof top carriers. Current pricing for valet services is $40 + tax per night and is billed directly to your guest room. Valet service are available at any time on the day of arrival, include unlimited in and out privileges, and are good until 11:59 PM the day of departure. At arrival, please park in the valet lane on King Street and the bellmen will unload your vehicle.
Parking is unavailable for vehicles taller than 7 feet. People who would like to park a vehicle of that size, may do so in the Visitor’s Center Parking Garage located at 63 Mary St, Charleston, SC 29403.
What is Francis Marion Hotel’s Cancellation Policy?
In the event the guest does not arrive at the hotel, (1) one room night will be charged unless the reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival for leisure and 1 week prior to arrival for Penthouse Suite and group attendee reservations.
What is the Smoking Policy?
The Francis Marion Hotel is 100% non-smoking hotel.
Is there WIFI at the Francis Marion Hotel?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the hotel. A WIFI Code is provided at check-in.
