Catering Sales Manager

This role is responsible for driving catering and conference revenue by securing new and returning business, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the planning and execution of in-house events. Responsibilities include prospecting accounts, conducting site tours, detailing food and beverage service, coordinating banquet event orders, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Banquet Chef

Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing banquet and kitchen operations. Ensure all events are executed according to contract standards, food is prepared and presented at the highest quality, and kitchen staff work efficiently and collaboratively. Supervise banquet setups, coordinate with culinary team, and maintain closing procedures.
