Front Desk Agent
This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries and special requests, and providing information on hotel services and local attractions. The position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Catering Sales Manager
This role is responsible for driving catering and conference revenue by securing new and returning business, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the planning and execution of in-house events. Responsibilities include prospecting accounts, conducting site tours, detailing food and beverage service, coordinating banquet event orders, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.
