PET POLICY

In order to make sure all of our guests on this floor enjoy their stay, we ask that you adhere to the policies below:

· Only dogs are allowed

· 1 dog per room

· The dog cannot be left unattended at any time

· $50 per night nonrefundable pet fee for dogs 30 lbs. or less

· $100 per night nonrefundable pet fee for dogs 31 lbs. or more

** The dog owner must remove any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior.

** Hotel management reserves the right to remove any dog at our discretion, should the above not be adhered to.

Any noise complaints, room damage or violation of these policies will result in additional fees to include cleaning, damage restitution, and reimbursement of revenue refunded to other guests.
