Hosting your event, conference or meeting with us may mean including a registration table to greet your attendees. Setting out your table full of itineraries, name tags and registration checks is never a debacle with us. We have multiple locations throughout the hotel that can be made to fit every groups’ needs. Plus, every nook here in the hotel is beautiful so you won’t have to worry about setting up in a dark, character-less corner. Our historic charm can even be found at your registration table!

  • Upper Lobby
    Our lobby is truly the star of the hotel. It’s also a great location for your guests to see as they check in. Offering plenty of space to spread out with multiple tables, you are also able to have large banners or signs scattered throughout lobby. Maybe your group doesn’t call for a large space for banners but you want to hold down fort in the beautiful, sun shining lobby- and that’s okay too. It can be fit for any size group necessary!

  • Mezzanine Level
    A way to utilize something already existing in the hotels structure & offering locking storage area, our Mezzanine Level has a built in desk with a locking door. For a multi-day event, items can be stored in here overnight so there is no tear up or tear down necessary. The location is central to all Mezzanine Meeting Spaces (our smaller break out areas) You are also able to catch all guests using elevators or stairs to make sure they have the most information they need or may want!
  • Corner of Mezzanine Level
    Located closer to the Carolina Ballroom, this is sure to catch all guests heading to the meeting. It also gives you a direct eye sight to see when your meeting breaks in the Carolina Ballroom. Here, a large “L” shape table here can be set up here, giving you an abundance of room. It doesn’t hurt that you will have ample sun light streaming in from the windows here in this space as well.
  • Colonial Ballroom Landing
    Really make yourself seen by your incoming attendees by utilizing a smaller space- the landing going straight into the coloanal ballroom. A small table can be set up here and is useful to reach guests coming up by stairs or elevators. You can also set up a table at the base of the stairs, located by the elevators and stairwells making yourself visible to guests and enjoy the beautiful lobby as you welcome your attendees.
  • Pre-Function Area | Gold Ballroom
    Offering an area that is great for greeting attendees going into the Gold Ballroom, this space sits right outside the Gold Ballroom front doors and also near both stairs and elevators. Situate your registration table here for a welcome meeting happening at the Gold Ballroom to be sure to capture all guests! This space also offers ample room for signage if needed.
